国奥贸促网会员协议

欢迎使用国奥贸促网的服务（"服务"）。以下规定了您（"会员"）和北京领讯时代文化传媒有限公司（"北京领讯")之间签订的会员协议( "本协议"）的条款和条件，根据本协议，北京领讯将向您提供旗下的国奥贸促网站、手机站点、手机应用程序和其他门户访问和使用服务的权限。

WELCOME TO GUOAO2020.COM'S FREE SERVICE (the "SERVICE"). The following sets forth the terms and conditions of the Guoao2020.com Membership Agreement (this "Agreement") between you ("Member") and Beijing Leading News Era Culture Company under which Beijing Leading News Era Culture Company offers you access to and use of the Service through the websites, mobile sites, mobile applications and other portals owned, operated, branded or made available by Guoao International Trade Promotion Website. 

第一条 国奥贸促网www.guoao2020.com是北京领讯时代文化传媒有限公司旗下创建的"自助式国际商贸洽谈科技共享平台"，具备举办会议、直播、讲座培训、店铺展示、发布供求信息、自助商务对接等功能，是互联网技术在传统国际贸易领域的应用；

Article 1. Rregistered in China，Beijing Leading News Era Culture Media Company is a new media and public relations company which owns Guoao International Trade Promotion Website or www.guoao2020.com (hereafter, "guoao2020"). Guoao2020 dedicates to match target resources to companies by combining the services of hosting forums, supporting online one-on-one consultation for trade and business, displaying company products and services,

第二条 国奥贸促网能够帮助海内外企业快速、便捷找到可信赖的合作伙伴，减少跨国贸易成本，建立稳定的海外渠道；

Article 2. Guoao2020 helps enterprises at home and abroad to match reliable partners quickly and easily, reduce cross-border trade costs and establish stable overseas channels.

第三条 同意成为会员的企业应当登录国奥贸促网注册并向北京领讯时代文化传媒有限公司支付相应的会员费；会员费的价格，由企业在本网站的价格页面根据需要勾选。

Article 3. Companies agreeing to become a member of the platform should register on the platfrom and pay the corresponding membership fee to Beijing Leading News Era Culture Media Co.

第四条 本协议期限为壹年，协议期满后可以续约。

Article 4. The term of this agreement is one year and members have the option to renew the agreement upon the conclusion of the term.

第五条 普通会员享有以下权益

1、店铺展示：开通企业店铺，可以在线展示企业产品、服务和动态；

2、发起一对一洽谈：一年内无限次发起与站内海内外企业负责人直接对话；

3、参加线上会议：优先参与国奥贸促网系列线上会议，并观看相关会议回放；

4、发布供求信息：在国奥贸促网首页发布企业供需信息权益，30条/年。

5、发起各类会议：一年内可以发起4次针对某项产品或服务的选品会、推介会、对接会等。

Article 5.

1. Store display: open online corporate store, display corporate products, services and dynamics online.

2. Start one-on-one meetings: unlimited times of direct dialogue with the heads of companies at home and abroad during the year.

3. Access to online conferences: participate in the platform's online conferences preferentially and view relevant conference replays.

4. Release supply and demand information: publish enterprises' supply and demand information according to their rigts on the home page of the platform, 30 times/year.

5. Initiate various meetings:  our members can initiate 4 selection meetings, promotion meetings, matchmaking meetings, etc. for a particular product or service in a year.

第六条 金牌会员享有以下权益

1、店铺展示：开通企业店铺，可以在线展示企业产品、服务和动态；

2、发起一对一洽谈：一年内无限次发起与站内海内外企业负责人直接对话；

3、参加线上会议：优先参与国奥贸促网系列线上会议，并观看相关会议回放；

4、发布供求信息：在国奥贸促网首页发布企业供需信息权益，50条/年。

5、发起各类会议：一年内可以发起10次针对某项产品或服务的选品会、推介会、对接会等。

6、热门店铺展示权益：企业店铺在首页"热门店铺"栏目展示一个月；

7、媒体宣传优惠：通过BT财经及财经时报（香港、日本、美国、马来西亚）自有渠道进行海内外宣传，享受7折优惠。

Article 6.

1、Store display: open online corporate store; display corporate products, services and dynamics online.

2. Start one-on-one meetings: unlimited times of direct dialogue with the heads of companies at home and abroad during the year.

3. Access to online conferences: participate in the platform's online conferences preferentially and view relevant conference replays.

4. Release supply and demand information: publish enterprises' supply and demand information according to their rigts on the home page of the platform, 50 times/year.

5. Initiate various meetings:  our members can initiate 10 selection meetings, promotion meetings, matchmaking meetings, etc. for a particular product or service in a year.

6. Hot Shops display rights: display shops in the "Hot Shops" section on the home page on the platform for one month

7. Media promotion discount: 30% discount for overseas and domestic promotion through Business Times in Mainland, Hong Kong, Japan, USA, Malaysia.

第七条 钻石会员享有以下权益

1、店铺展示：开通企业店铺，可以在线展示企业产品、服务和动态；

2、发起一对一洽谈：一年内无限次发起与站内海内外企业负责人直接对话；

3、参加线上会议：优先参与国奥贸促网系列线上会议，并观看相关会议回放；

4、发布供求信息：在国奥贸促网首页发布企业供需信息权益，100条/年。

5、发起各类会议：一年内可以发起12次针对某项产品或服务的选品会、推介会、对接会等。

6、热门店铺展示权益：企业店铺在首页"热门店铺"栏目展示一个月；

7、组织专题高端会议：根据会员的需求，平台2次/年定向邀约优质海内外专业观众参会。观众数量因所处行业及嘉宾级别而定，一般行业不少于5家，军工行业、重型机械、二手车、光伏产品、高定产品、稀缺资源等行业专业观众邀约数量需双方商定。

Article 7. Diamond member benefits

1. Store display: open online corporate store; display corporate products, services and dynamics online.

2. Start one-on-one meetings: unlimited times of direct dialogue with the heads of companies at home and abroad during the year.

3. Access to online conferences: participate in the platform's online conferences preferentially and view relevant conference replays.

4. Release supply and demand information: publish enterprises' supply and demand information according to their rights on the home page of the platform, 100 times/year.

5.  Initiate various meetings:  our members can initiate 12 selection meetings, promotion meetings, matchmaking meetings, etc. for a particular product or service in a year.

6. Hot Shops display rights: display shops in the "Hot Shops" section on the home page on the platform for one month

7. Organize special high-end meetings: according to the needs of members, Guoao2020   invites high-quality domestic and foreign professional audience 2 times/year to attend the meeting. The number of audience depends on characters of industries and the level of guests, with no less than 5 industries and the number of professional visitors to be invited in the military industry, heavy machinery, used cars, photovoltaic products, high-definition products, scarce resources and other industries shall be agreed by both parties.

第八条 会员的义务

1、会员必须是合法注册的企业，应保证所提供的注册信息真实有效；

2、会员应用诚信的态度对待客户的邀约；

3、会员应保证保守商业接洽过程中的客户的商业秘密；

4、会员应及时缴纳会员费；

5、会员应遵守社会的公序良俗和相关法律，不在网站发布不良信息或与商务对接无关的信息等；

Article 8.

1. Each Member hereby represents, warrants and agrees to ensure it is legally registered and the registration information provided is true and valid.

2. Each Member hereby represents, warrants and agrees to approach customer invitations with integrity.

3. Each Member hereby represents, warrants and agrees to maintain client trade secrets in the course of business dealings.

4. Each Member hereby represents, warrants and agrees to pay their membership fees in a timely manner.

5. Each Member hereby represents, warrants and agrees to abide by any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation and not to publish unlawful, undesirable and irrelevant information.

第九条 平台的义务

1、保证国奥贸促网的正常运行，如因技术问题导致相关功能失常的，会员期限自动相应延长；

2、保证国奥贸促网的会员数量、国别、类型逐渐增加，使会员有越来越多的选择；

3、为会员的相关信息保密。

Article 9. Obligations of the platform

1. Ensure the stable operation of guoao2020, and if relevant functions are in disorder due to technical problems, the membership term will be automatically extended accordingly.

2. Ensure that the number of members, countries and types gradually increases, creating more business chances for members.

3. Maintain the confidentiality of information of members.

第十条 会员退出

3个月试用期内，会员可以随时申请退出退费。3个月后，一般不得申请退费，但是会员可以向其他企业转让全部会员权益，仅需提前申请。

Aricle 10. Withdrawal of Membership

Each member has the right to apply for a refund at any time during the 3-month trial period，and after 3 months refunds are generally not allowed, but members can transfer their membership benefits to another business, only if apply in advance.

第十一条 终止会员资格

会员必须遵守本协议内容，违反相关义务的，平台可以提出警告，仍不改正的，平台可以终止会员资格，冻结相关功能。

Article 11. Termination of Membership

Each member must comply with the content of this agreement. Guoao2020 is entitled to raise a warning when any violation occurs, and if the member still does not correct, the platform (guoao2020) has the right to terminate the membership, and freeze relevant functions.

第十二条 本协议的解释权归北京领讯时代文化传媒公司。

Article 12.

Beijing Leading News Era Culture Media Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes. Right of the interpretation of this Agreement belongs to Beijing Leading News Era Culture Media Company.

第十三条 与本协议有关的争议，均提交北京仲裁委员会按照中国法律仲裁。

Article 13. Any dispute relating to this Agreement shall be submitted to arbitration by the Beijing Arbitration Commission under Chinese law.

第十四条 本协议自会员点击本"同意"开始生效。

Article 14. This Agreement shall be valid from the date the member selects "Agree"
